We have salespeople answering phones from 8am to 5:30pm, but our store hours and the times we are open for customer pickup are Monday through Friday, from 9am to 4pm. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. If you are unable to make it to Pete’s Auto Parts during our normal business hours, we can arrange to leave your part for you in a secure location so you can pick it up anytime. We also ship to the lower 48 states, we utilize UPS and USPS to ship small packages and R&L Carriers and other freight services to ship LTL freight shipments. Whether you are local to us or you live across the country, we have quality auto parts you need and we can get them to you! If you are a local garage, body shop, car dealership, or other automotive business buying parts, we also have delivery trucks on the road to deliver our auto parts all over west Michigan. Most of our quality auto parts are either still attached to a vehicle or they are housed in our warehouse. Some parts we have to ship in from our Team PRP partners, not all parts are on site. After you place your order (and pay for it, or pay a deposit) it will take between an hour and twenty four hours to prep most parts we have here at Pete’s Auto Parts, and it will take between 1 day and 7 days to prep parts we ship in from our partners. We will call you or text you or email you (whatever your preference is) when your parts are ready for pickup. If you see parts on our website, please don’t just drive on in to Pete’s Auto Parts without calling or texting or emailing first! You may absolutely stop in to order a part, but it will normally not be ready while you wait. We don’t want to waste any of your time, so reach out to us today and we’ll have your part ready when you get here tomorrow!
